Returns & Refunds policy

Sugar Chillers does not accept returns on orders. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at sugarchillers@gmail.com within 2-3 days of receiving it. Make sure to include your name, order number, and a description of the issue in your email for a refund or exchange. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs and must be approved by the owners.

Damaged Products:

At Sugar Chillers, we take great care to package each order with love. However, once the shipments are out of our hands, we cannot control how they are handled. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us right away for a replacement. To process your replacement request, email us with proof of the damage, and we will assess whether it qualifies for a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

If your order has not been shipped, you have up to 48 hours to cancel your order for your money-back guarantee.
